This Division performs preventive maintenance and makes any necessary repairs in six schools and more than 30 city buildings. In these buildings our daily work routine involves installing and maintaining:
- Electrical systems
- HVAC systems
- Refrigeration systems
- Audiovisual equipment
- Locks and keying systems
- Irrigation systems
- Plumbing
- Carpentry needs
- Small remodeling projects
- Welding and fabrication

Other than preventive maintenance and repair work this division also builds park shelters, concession stands, press boxes, ticket booths, and rest rooms.
