Youth Soccer Age Divisions

U8 - 6 and 7's

  • Must turn 6 on or before September 30 of the current year.
  • No score kept.
  • Focus is on basic soccer fundamentals and fun.
  • League bylaws modified to promote skill development and fun (see U8/U9 bylaws above).
  • Teams play 4 v 4 on a 30x50 field.
  • Ball size 3.

U10 -8's and 9's

  • Cannot turn 10 on or before September 30 of the current year.
  • No score kept.
  • Focus is on basic soccer fundamentals and fun.
  • League bylaws modified to promote skill development and fun (see U8/U9 bylaws above).
  • Teams play 5 v 5 on a 30x50 field.
  • Ball size 3.

U12 - 10-11 year olds

  • Cannot turn 12 on or before September 30 of the current year.
  • Focus is on continued enhancement of fundamentals, player development, instruction and fun.
  • League bylaws modified to promote skill development and fun.
  • Teams play 8 v 8 on a 50x80 field.
  • Ball size 4..

U14 - 12-13 year olds

  • Cannot turn 14 on or before September 30 of the current year.
  • Focus is on continued enhancement of fundamentals, player development, instruction and fun.
  • League bylaws resemble more traditional soccer.
  • Teams play 11 v 11 on a 50x100 field.
  • Ball size 5.

U16 - 13-15 year olds

  • Cannot turn 16 on or before September 30 of the current year.
  • Focus is on continued enhancement of fundamentals, player development, instruction and fun.
  • League bylaws resemble more traditional soccer.
  • Teams play 11 v 11 on a 50x100 field.
