City of Salem Subdivision Plats

Subdivision Plats are available for download. The information shown on the plats is public record. Subdivision plats provided have been recorded since Salem's incorporation (1968).

Files start with the letter "S" followed by the plat book number then the page number (i.e. S2_33 is Salem Subdivision Plat Book 2, Page 33). Plat books that have been recorded in Roanoke County before incorporation will not have the "S" and are not available on this site. Please call (540) 375-3032 or visit the Engineering Department for information regarding these Roanoke County Plats.
