State Income Tax Assistance
City of Salem Commissioner of the Revenue’s office can complete your Individual State Income Tax return, free of charge, with a completed copy of your Federal return, ALL W-2’s, and any other supporting documents. E-File can be done in our office as well. Please call the Commissioner’s office for any questions, or to schedule an appointment. Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at (540)375-3019.
